Sandy ensures strong relationships in the healthcare benefits ecosystem between Quantum Health, client member and business partners by putting the member experience always at the center.
Sandy is responsible for developing a seamless working relationship between business partners, including third-party administrators and pharmacy benefit managers.
As chair of the Quantum Cares committee, Sandy manages all philanthropic relationships and mobilizes Quantum Health’s Warriors® who give back to the community in myriad ways.
Before joining Quantum Health, Sandy served at CIGNA, where she managed teams providing claims processing and customer service for medical benefits, as well as those overseeing utilization review and customer service for pharmacy benefits.
