Experience our award-winning culture

Ask us why we’ve been named a “Best Place to Work” by Columbus Business First for 16 straight years and you’re likely to get several different answers. But one reason tops the list – we care about our members and each other. Empathy starts with our people, extends to our members and clients, and expands into our community.

We treat our people like the heroes they are, nurturing a culture of care, camaraderie and respect where team members can thrive.

Giving back

Led by our Quantum Cares team, our associates volunteer with over 30 community organizations. Once you’ve been with us for one year, you’ll receive five paid days to volunteer with an organization of your choice. Here are a few favorites:

Our values

We’re intentional about our I CARE values. So intentional, they’re on our badges so our teams remember how important we are in the healthcare continuum. Healthcare isn’t one-sided—we’re here to make sure of that.

  • I. am personally responsible for contributing to the success of our mission.
  • Caring. I am passionate about helping people.
  • Accountable. I am reliable. You can trust me to give my best effort every day.
  • Real. I am genuine. I speak with good purpose and act with integrity.
  • Envelopes. I help stuff ’em. No job is too big or too small when we all pitch in to help.
