Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Our ERGs provide a social and professional opportunity to connect and engage with members of varying backgrounds and their allies. From facilitating educational programs and hosting networking events to representing Quantum Health in the community, our ERGs are at the center of our associate experience.

Abled and Disabled Associates Partnering Together (ADAPT)

ADAPT is committed to empowering differently abled associates and changing the conversation around ability in the workplace. 

Asians & Pacific Islanders Reaching for Excellence (ASPIRE)

ASPIRE fosters networking and community involvement with a focus on culture education, as well as recruitment and advancement support for Asian-Pacific Islanders.

Quantum Black Voices (QBV)

The goal of QBV is To Speak - To Support - To Stand as a pillar group for black associates of Quantum Health.

Quantum Unidos

Through associate engagement, educational resources, recruitment and community partnerships, Quantum Unidos serves as a support for Latino/Hispanic associates and their community.


Q-Vets enhances associate awareness of the veteran/military community through recruitment activities, community events and professional development opportunities for local veterans.

Quantum Women’s Initiative Network (QWIN)

QWIN advances the development and retention of women in the workplace through education, empowerment and community involvement.
