When you need help with your healthcare and benefits, start with your Quantum Health Care Coordinators. This dedicated team of nurses, claims specialists and benefits experts will be ready to save you time by:  

• Providing answers to claims, billing and benefits questions. 
• Finding in-network providers and reviewing your care options. 
• Contacting providers to coordinate your treatment, verify coverage and get prior approval if needed. 

Care Coordinators can help you with anything related to your healthcare and benefits. 

They can help if you: 

• Have a question about a claim or bill 
• Want to know what your health plan covers 
• Aren’t sure who handles your disability plan 
• Want to prepare for an upcoming doctor’s visit 
• Need a new ID card 

No question is too big or too small. Care Coordinators are here for you. 

In-network providers: 

• Have an agreement with your health plan on how much they can charge 
• Usually bill your plan directly 
• Usually only ask you to pay your share at the visit (like a copay or coinsurance) 

Out-of-network providers: 

• Do not have an agreement with your health plan 
• Can charge higher prices for the same services  
• May make you pay more, or even the full amount, for your care 
• May ask you to pay the whole bill up front
