Bill is an active contributor to the community through his board involvement with the Heinzerling Memorial Foundation and the STAG Foundation. In addition to fishing, he's also an avid golfer. When he's not angling for trout or chipping one onto the green, you'll probably find him catching an episode of Top Gear.
Truth be told, Bill would rather be fishing. Luckily for us, he also likes coming to work every day. With more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, we were fortunate to—ahem—reel him in as the leader of our Client Engagement team.
As Senior Vice President of Key Account Relationships, he is responsible for supporting the company’s client engagement strategy with an emphasis on client retention and client satisfaction, as well as overseeing several unique client communication channels. Under his guidance, Quantum Health has maintained a customer satisfaction rate that exceeds many of today’s customer service leaders.
