DUBLIN, OH (December 11, 2018) – Quantum Health, LLC., the leading healthcare consumer navigation and care coordination company, has been recognized on the “Wonderful Workplaces for Young Professionals” list, published and awarded annually by the Columbus Young Professionals Club (CYP), Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) and CityPulse Columbus. Since 2013, the “Wonderful Workplaces for Young Professionals” list, has recognized companies who focus upon providing outstanding opportunities for young professionals under the age of 40. With the help of CYP members and various Columbus networks, Columbus area workplaces are nominated based on coolness (attraction), stickiness (retention), community impact, and growth opportunities. This award speaks to the dedication of Quantum Health’s leadership team to establish a culture that encourages both career ambition and community engagement. On average, 68 percent of Quantum Health’s leadership team is promoted from within.

“We believe in providing development opportunities to all of our young professionals.” Tony Callander, vice president of human resources at Quantum Health, said. “Providing new opportunities for growth and advancement is the most valuable reward we can provide our associates.” Quantum Health employees receive numerous development opportunities such as conventional training, access to Quantum University, their online learning platform and the Choose Your Own Adventure career advancement program.

Employees also can participate in higher education opportunities through tuition reimbursement and network in professional development organizations such as Columbus Young Professionals. Quantum Health accepted this award at CYP’s Year-End Celebration on December 6, 2018 in front of hundreds of young professionals and community leaders. The results summary from the event are published each year in the annual Young Professional’s Guide to Columbus and online at CityPulseColumbus.com.
