Quantum Health, the leading consumer healthcare navigation and care coordination company, is continuing its trajectory of growth, creating hundreds of additional area jobs and expanding its new Dublin campus.
Last year, the rapidly growing company, which serves over 350 clients and 1.7 million members across the U.S., conducted a nationwide search for its new headquarters. After deciding to make its home in Dublin, the company started renovating 5240 Blazer Parkway and began relocating its operations. As the company continues scaling to meet growing marketplace needs, it has expanded its campus by purchasing the adjacent building at 5260 Blazer Parkway.
“Our growth validates that we are providing positive results for our clients and their employees,” said Shannon Skaggs, president of Quantum Health. “Healthcare navigation is now more essential than ever, and we are incredibly grateful to our clients for their valued partnership. We know that our people are key to their success. So, it’s important that our teams have an environment where they can thrive and do their best work. We look forward to continuing to grow and serving our clients and their employees with excellence in our new Dublin home.”
With approximately 1,400 team members, Quantum Health will be one of Dublin’s five largest employers, and it is making positive economic impact in myriad ways: by investing in and revitalizing an underutilized commercial campus; by creating construction jobs; and by creating high-paying permanent jobs that will generate increased corporate tax revenue for the local school district, the city, the county and the state. “Quantum Health’s decision to choose Ohio for its expansion brings 300 jobs and a new headquarters in Dublin that will be filled with outstanding healthcare talent,” said Ohio Governor Mike DeWine. “The success of Quantum Health in the Columbus Region keeps an Ohio company growing here at home and demonstrates the long-term value and competitive advantage of choosing to invest in this state.” Dana McDaniel, Dublin city manager, said the community is excited to welcome a company with a reputation for nurturing a wonderful culture and making extensive contributions to the region. “We are thrilled with Quantum Health’s continued growth in Dublin, where they have quickly become a top employer,” McDaniel said. “Quantum Health’s headquarters investment signals their long-term commitment to Dublin. Our community amenities and high quality of life will support the company’s workforce growth plans for years to come.”
The first phase of Quantum’s new headquarters includes a newly renovated five-story, 280,000-square-foot space at 5240 Blazer Parkway designed to support the company’s award-winning culture. It will ultimately feature dining options, a fitness center, relaxation spaces, an outdoor walking path, and a game center, among other amenities. The adjacent 200,000-square-foot building at 5260 Blazer Parkway will also be renovated once the 5240 building is complete in the spring of 2021.
Partnership expands Quantum Health’s leading core navigation platform and Care Finder™ provider search capabilities to drive high-quality and cost-effective care, more personalized member experiences and improved health outcomes.
