Our ERGs provide a social and professional opportunity to connect and engage with members of varying backgrounds and their allies. From facilitating educational programs and hosting networking events to representing Quantum Health in the community, our ERGs are at the center of our associate experience.

The goal of QBLAC is To Speak - To Support - To Stand as a pillar group for black associates of Quantum Health.

Through associate engagement, educational resources, recruitment and community partnerships, QUnidos serves as a support for Latino/Hispanic associates and their community.
