Purpose
How you’ll make a difference
- You’ll field support calls in our Pods and act as an advocate for our members by helping them navigate the often-overwhelming details of their health benefits.
- Some days, you’ll explain and verify benefits and get authorizations for treatment. On others, you’ll work with network partners, medical and finance staff at hospitals and physicians’ offices to investigate billing and claim discrepancies.
- Every day, you can take pride knowing that the most important thing you are offering is support when our members need it.

Room for growth
With the Patient Service Representative being the entry point, there are plenty of ways to build a career at Quantum Health. As you learn the business and grow in responsibility, you’ll have the opportunity to apply and interview for new internal opportunities. Here are a few paths you can take:
- Pod Specialty: Some Care Coordinators choose to focus on certain aspects of our business and how we serve our members and clients. You may choose to grow into a Claims Specialist or Issue Resolution Specialist position, for example
- Pod Leadership: Our Pod leadership structure was designed with growth and mentorship in mind and we focus heavily on internal mobility. As a Care Coordinator, you can become a Team Lead, Assistant Pod Manager, Pod Manager, Director, Vice President, etc.
- Non-Pod: Looking to move into a Clinical or Corporate position? Great! If you’ve got the required education/license and skills, we love to see our people take on new challenges.
