Join us for the inaugural Quantum Health Connect, a one-and-a-half-day event designed to bring together HR benefits leaders and our valued Preferred Partners. This event offers a platform for thought leadership and networking, tackling the challenges in healthcare and driving benefits innovation.

Attendees will engage in discussions that shape the future of healthcare focusing on human-centered and tech-empowered solutions. This is your chance to engage benefits leaders, foster valuable relationships, and build connections that advance innovation in healthcare and benefits management.

Cocktail table at the June 4th reception

At our reception at Quantum Health on June 4, we will have a high cocktail table for you. You’re welcome to bring a few items for the table. All items must go on the table. No banners on the floor.

Arriving at Quantum Health (5240 Blazer Parkway, Dublin, OH 43017). Buses leave the Columbus Downtown Hilton at 2 p.m to come to Quantum Health. You’re welcome to grab a seat on a bus, or you can arrive between 1-2:30 p.m. at our office. Park in the visitor lot and we’ll meet you in the lobby.

Branded item for the SWAG store

Your sponsorship includes the opportunity to include a branded item for our event swag store for the June 5th meeting. We recommend sending a quantity of 150.

Hotel

Hotel: Columbus Downtown Hilton

We will book a room for each of your attendees to arrive on Wednesday, June 4th and depart on Thursday, June 5th. They will be able to pay for the room at check-in ($219 rate).
If their arrival/departure dates are different than above, please let us know.
If they prefer to book their own room for the event, please let us know.
