As Senior Vice President of Finance Operations, Catrina Pheeney partners with teams across Quantum Health to drive corporate planning and process improvement, coupled with high-fidelity execution, all aimed at accelerating Quantum Health’s growth trajectory.
As part of her role, Catrina works closely with the finance, operations, and data teams to assess the current operating model and identify opportunities to scale new and existing markets and solutions. She works with her fellow Warriors to build scalable processes, implement operational efficiencies and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful value capture.
Having been part of the leadership teams at some of the top innovative companies in the healthcare services industry, Catrina excels in leading complex clinical and operational initiatives and delivering significant financial results to organizations. She leverages her expertise and financial acumen to develop and implement strategies to accelerate sustainable growth and value creation.
