Statement on Recent Employee Conduct

Quantum Health is aware of the comments made by an employee regarding the death of Charlie Kirk. We unequivocally condemn all comments that glorify or celebrate violence or hatred of any kind. These remarks do not reflect our organization’s value or standards.

Quantum Health is built on a culture of care, respect, and professionalism and we have a zero-tolerance policy for behavior that incites violence or harassment which does not represent our values. We have conducted an internal investigation, and this individual has been terminated. We are committed to ensuring our clients and members are treated with respect and professionalism.
