Quantum Health

Celebrating leading employers transforming the healthcare experience for their employees

May 19, 2026 - DUBLIN, OH - Quantum Health, the leading healthcare navigation company, today announced the winners of its annual client awards at Quantum Health Connect 2026, recently held in Nashville. The awards recognize organizations transforming the healthcare experience and delivering measurable impact across cost, experience and clinical outcomes, while highlighting achievements in innovation, whole-person care, employee engagement and overall health performance.

This year’s Quantum Health Connect brought over 200 employers, partners and industry leaders together to share insights, explore new ideas and collaborate on the future of healthcare navigation.

Award recipients include:

  • Member Engagement Excellence Award: Magic Leap
Magic Leap is recognized for their successful launch and engagement with Quantum Health. From the beginning, their vision was to make it simple for employees to know where to go and how to get support. After just one quarter with Quantum Health, this approach is already delivering strong results. Nearly 50% of employees are actively engaged, with more than 90% reached through Quantum Health’s early engagement model, Real-Time Intercept®. Magic Leap demonstrates what’s possible when a clear engagement strategy is paired with disciplined execution from day one.
  • Member Voice & Experience Award: Delta Air Lines
Delta Air Lines has taken a strategic approach by positioning Quantum Health as the entry point to its healthcare ecosystem, guiding employees to the right programs and resources at the right time. Delta has transformed a traditionally fragmented experience into one that is seamless, connected and easier for employees to use. This approach is driving strong and growing engagement. Over the past year, overall engagement increased 7%, and clinical support increased 5%. These results are further reinforced by a Net Promoter Score of +72.
  • Strategic Partnership & Advocacy Award: Lifepoint Health
Lifepoint Health is recognized for working closely with Quantum Health to drive engagement, deliver strong outcomes and advocate through peer engagement and industry speaking. Lifepoint Health has successfully reduced costs of routine and elective services, including surgical care, while continuing to ensure comprehensive support for complex and vulnerable populations. With a Net Promoter Score over +80 and 90% of members engaged early, the benefits of this collaboration are clear.
  • Outcomes & Impact Award: USIC
USIC has been a Quantum Health client since 2019, building a disciplined benefits strategy that positions Quantum Health as the entry point to care for its 13,000 employees. This consistency is driving sustained engagement across a traditionally hard-to-reach workforce, with Quantum Health’s Real-Time Intercept model exceeding engagement targets by 8% and enabling earlier intervention. USIC is seeing transformational results with 98% engagement of high-cost claimants and 70% clinical engagement.
  • Values & Cost Stewardship Award: Ameritas
Ameritas has partnered with Quantum Health since 2021 to create a more connected, supportive healthcare experience for associates and their families. The approach focuses on prevention, early detection, and helping individuals access the right care at the right time. Today, 77% of associates are connected to a primary care provider, and 90% have completed a routine exam within the past 24 months. This strong engagement helps identify concerns earlier, improve outcomes, and over time reduce the number of complex, high-cost cases by 23%.

“To see the work our clients are doing come to life in this setting is incredibly meaningful,” said Steven Knight, Chief Operations Officer at Quantum Health. “Their leadership and willingness to challenge the status quo is what drives progress across the industry. They are not only investing in their employees’ wellbeing, but also rethinking how care is accessed and experienced. We’re proud to partner with them and recognize the impact they’re making.”
