Company’s Healthcare Warriors® Recognized for Business Excellence, Selected from More than 2,300 Nominees

DUBLIN, OH (April 16, 2024) – In its 25th year as the leading healthcare navigation and care coordination company, Quantum Health announced today that it has received the 2024 Silver Stevie Award for Front-Line Member Service Team of the Year, presented by the Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service – an international recognition for excellence in disciplines crucial to business success. Quantum Health accepts this recognition based on the achievements of its front-line customer service employees, called Healthcare Warriors®. The company’s Healthcare Warriors are dedicated to supporting more than 500 employer clients and over 3.1 million members and their families in their healthcare journeys via the company’s leading healthcare navigation and care coordination platform.

Over 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores from more than 200 professionals worldwide in specialized judging committees.

Quantum Health coordinates member, provider, payer and clinical services using a member-centric approach that leverages technology, data-driven insights and effective communication to optimize health outcomes and deliver a seamless healthcare experience.

As members’ first point of contact, Healthcare Warriors proactively leverage data insights using Quantum Health’s proprietary Real-Time Intercept® (RTI), a proven early intervention capability. Warriors engage with members early in their healthcare journey and take on the “hard stuff” to get members the right care at the right time with empathy and compassion − going above and beyond to improve the healthcare experience for members, drive cost savings impact for employers and ultimately ensure no one navigates their healthcare journey alone.

“Healthcare is a complex, unchosen journey and can be difficult to navigate. Our job is to simplify the process, eliminate the complexity, and help members get access to the care they need, whether it’s a preventative routine screening or managing a high-risk diagnosis, “said Steven Knight, Quantum Health’s chief operating officer. Our Healthcare Warriors® are with our members at every step of the way, ensuring no one navigates their healthcare journey alone. We are proud of the care, commitment and compassion our Warriors provide to our members daily and are thrilled to see their hard work recognized with this incredible honor for a fourth year in a row.”

This is why Quantum Health boasts an 84%-member household engagement rate and NPS® scores measuring “customer” satisfaction that consistently reach the high 70s for both members and providers. These metrics reflect the ongoing care, commitment and engagement these Warriors deliver.

Quantum Health’s Healthcare Warriors are the heart and soul of the company, helping the company’s employer clients and members to achieve:

  • Better member outcomes and increased benefits utilization through benefits guidance: Highly personalized, one-on-one engagement helps members understand their benefits, follow their prescribed treatment plans, understand their conditions, watch for concerning symptoms, and engage in healthy behaviors and preventative health measures. Health outcomes and benefits utilization for Quantum Health members exceed the national average, including a 7.4% decrease in 30-day hospital readmissions, 16.3% fewer hospital inpatient days and a 9.5% decrease in ER visits.
  • Cost savings due to early intervention: Quantum Health regularly validates its entire book of business results with third-party actuaries demonstrating immediate results that increase in value over time. The company’s employer clients achieve an average annual cost savings of 5.9% claims cost reduction after one year and 14.7% cumulative claims savings after five years.
