As Chief Medical Officer at Quantum Health, Dr. Susan Mani leads the company’s clinical strategy, including utilization management, pharmacy and clinical programs. She focuses on strengthening clinical operations, advancing value-based care and improving healthcare quality, affordability and the member experience.
A nationally recognized physician executive, Dr. Mani brings deep expertise in healthcare innovation and population health. Before joining Quantum Health, she led clinical innovation strategies at Humana, developing national care solutions and value-based models that improved medical costs, quality performance and member engagement across complex populations.
Previously, Dr. Mani served as Chief Population Health Officer at LifeBridge Health and led Maryland’s Task Force for Vulnerable Populations during the COVID-19 pandemic. She began her career as a practicing cardiologist and clinical program leader. Dr. Mani earned her medical degree and completed her internal medicine residency at Johns Hopkins and completed her cardiology fellowship at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital.
