Steven prioritizes the people who power Quantum Health’s Remarkable Results®. He adeptly and successfully oversees the delivery of our operations excellence, service and support teams, including clinical and support team operations, Pods, healthcare ecosystem partnerships, enterprise project management, operations excellence and human resources management.
During his tenure Steven has helped lead Quantum Health in tripling its growth while simultaneously increasing its Net Promoter Score® (NPS®).
Steven has successfully traversed through several different roles at Quantum Health, including executive vice president of total experience, senior vice president of member engagement, director of client development, client executive and provider relations coordinator. He also previously worked for Cardinal Health.
