Here’s how it works 

Health Coaching is available to any member looking to live a healthier, happier life. Our Health Coaches use an evidence-based approach to create a collaborative environment where members can set goals, make progress and celebrate their successes along the way.

Our Health Coaches: 

  • Guide members through each stage of behavior change 
  • Use biometrics and wellness data to identify members at risk for chronic conditions
  • Talk through lifestyle topics that matter most, such as healthy eating, physical activity, stress management, and more
  • Share helpful resources to assist between sessions
