Williams was most recently the founder, CEO and Executive Chairman of PlanSource, a leading technology company that automates and simplifies benefits programs for over 5 million employees, and its platform helps employers better administer their health benefits. A proven scaler of transformative companies, he focuses his impressive health benefits industry experience to drive growth and unlock new market value and operational scale.
As the CEO of PlanSource, Williams was instrumental in changing how benefits are bought, sold and managed, drawing from his extensive leadership experience in technology, staffing and insurance. Under his leadership, the company grew substantially, reaching over 3,800 employers utilizing the platform. Prior to his role at PlanSource, Williams was the CEO of CoAdvantage, a prominent professional employer organization (PEO) specializing in payroll processing, benefits management, risk assessment and employee development.
Beyond his corporate roles, Dayne has also mentored other CEOs and served on multiple boards, enhancing corporate governance with his expertise. His leadership qualities are deeply influenced by his time as a football player under Coach Bobby Bowden at Florida State University, emphasizing competitiveness, toughness, discipline, integrity and teamwork.
