The Florida Sheriffs Employee Benefits Trust (FSEBT) represents a growing network of counties and agencies across the state — each with its own structure, leadership and healthcare needs. Operating outside the dominant Florida Blue TPA network, FSEBT faced provider coordination challenges and needed a consistent, high-quality experience for members spread across rural and medically underserved areas.
