Chris Deacon is a legal and healthcare expert with over 20 years of experience in public and private sectors. Formerly New Jersey’s Deputy Attorney General and Director of State Health Benefits, she now leads VerSan Consulting, advocating for transparency and systemic change in healthcare.

Stephanie Davis is a leading healthcare equity research analyst with 15 years of experience. She has led teams at Barclays, SVB Securities, Citibank and J.P. Morgan, and her work has appeared in the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg.
