Please submit this form to confirm your participation and sponsorship. You’ll receive an email confirmation when you submit the form. You will receive an invoice for your sponsorship via email that is due 30 days prior to the event. Invoices will be sent within five business days after receiving your form submission.
In April, we’ll ask for your attendee names (sponsorship comes with two passes). You’ll also receive instructions on the hotel block and shipping materials for the swag store and your cocktail table.
