Giving back
Led by our Quantum Cares team, our associates volunteer with over 30 community organizations. Once you’ve been with us for one year, you’ll receive five paid days to volunteer with an organization of your choice. Here are a few favorites:

Sustainability efforts
Across our Dublin, Ohio campus, we are championing sustainability through the promotion of eco-conscious practices and behaviors, including:
- Promoting paperless work and easily accessible recycling
- Reducing water consumption
- Using light sensors and controls
- Setting aggressive goals around Energy Star ratings
- Installing HVAC controls reducing energy usage
- Sourcing local food for our cafeteria
- Providing reusable dishware and utensils in our cafeteria
- Implementing LEED-certified renovations across our campus
