Andrew Park joined Warburg Pincus in 2008. Based in New York, he focuses on investments in the technology sector. He is a board director of Experity, GHX, Intelligent Medical Objects, Modernizing Medicine, NetDocuments, Phil, Qualifacts, Quantum Health and WebPT. He has been involved in the firm’s investments in A Place for Mom, The Gordian Group, ConstructConnect, Evidon, GTNexus and MLM Information Services. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Andrew worked in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) and UBS and in private equity at The Carlyle Group. He received his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
