Working at Quantum Health is the Best!

Working at Quantum Health is the Best!

On November 6, 2018, our Warriors stormed the Hyatt Regency—for lunch. At this year's Columbus Business First Best Places to Work luncheon, 46 companies (out of 220 nominated) were honored for having employees who love them.

This year was the 14th year for the celebration. To find the best of the best, Business First had an independent third party send workplace satisfaction surveys to employees at each of the companies that were nominated. The Best Places to Work program is open to any company or organization with a central Ohio office having at least 10 full-time employees.

In fact, 10 was also the number of winners per category (and the word-limit on speeches about what makes each honoree special—more on that later). The categories were: extra-large companies with at least 250 local employees; large companies with 100 to 249 employees; medium companies with 50 to 99 local employees; small companies with between 25 and 49 workers; and micro companies with 10 to 24.

Quantum Health was ranked 4th in the extra-large category!

On every employee badge are the values each Healthcare Warrior works by every day. I CARE: Caring. Accountable. Real. Envelopes. Quantum Health is a culture of caring, with big-hearted people who have a passion for providing members and clients with the best possible healthcare experience—people who will also jump in where help is needed (stuffing envelopes if need be). Some of the unique attributes of Quantum Health's corporate culture are what makes it one of the city's best places to work. These include:

So what was Quantum's 10-word speech (mentioned earlier) about why we're so successful? "Because QH Cares For Us We Warrior For Our Members."

Currently, Quantum Health has a 96% client retention rate—a remarkable industry feat that reinforces the fact that happy associates make happy members make happy clients.
