Physician Support
Physicians and office managers were involved heavily in the design and have continued involvement in the operation of Coordinated Health/Care™.  Our program and processes are designed to minimize the hassle for physician offices, and maximize the support provided. In each area where we have a concentration of covered enrollees (employees and dependents), we retain up to two local medical directors who assist us in the implementation of our program and serve on our Clinical Advisory Board. Practicing physicians have assisted in the development of our disease and case management programs. Office managers have assisted in the development of our forms for referrals and pre-certifications, and our program ID card. Surveys of our physician and practices indicate that we are considered the among the best medical management companies to work with.

Provider Networks
Because physician cooperation and practice support are essential to the success of our program, we are selective about the PPO networks that are utilized to ensure they are "provider friendly." Most independent networks meet this criteria, but problems exist with "blind" networks and networks owned by institutional carriers. We undertake a review of the networks being utilized in client plans to ensure the broadest coverage and best discounts, while still meeting the requirement of being provider-friendly.
