Quantum Health's Steven Knight Named to Columbus Business First's Forty Under 40

Quantum Health is pleased to announce that Steven Knight has been named to Columbus Business First's Forty Under 40. This year's honorees were chosen from a field of more than 280 nominations of worthy candidates. The Class of 2017 is a group of up-and-coming professionals and community leaders in the Columbus area, representing a wide variety of industry sectors. The Class of 2017 will be honored for this great achievement at an awards gala on May 25 at the Hollywood Casino Columbus.

When Steven joined Quantum Health in 2007, there were just 50 employees. Over the past 10 years, Steven has held a number of critical roles, providing him with deep insight into organizational and member experience. He began his journey at Quantum Health as a Provider Relations Coordinator, then as a Client Executive where he was responsible for growing and managing national client relationships. Steven was quickly promoted to Director, Client Engagement Group. Steven has taken each advancement in stride and has exceeded expectations in each of his roles. The company has grown an average of 38% per year since 2007 and today boasts nearly 700 employees.

In his current role as Senior Vice President of Member Engagement, Steven leads 70 percent of Quantum Health's employees. Steven has responsibility for all of Quantum's core operations, including patient services, clinical operations, compliance, vendor integrations and training and quality. Over the past few years, Steven has led Quantum Health's operations through 40 percent growth while improving member satisfaction and retention and internal culture survey scores. As a result of his leadership, he helped Quantum Health to earn Columbus Business First's title of "Best Place to Work" for the tenth year running.

Giving back to the community where he lives and works is equally important to Steven. In addition to representing the Quantum Health executive team at community charity events, he also regularly donates his time and talent to worthwhile organizations such as LifeCare Alliance, the Community Shelter Board and OSU Star House.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Ohio University. Steven also studied at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina. As a certified Predictive Index (PI) Analyst, he continues to lead new career development and leadership programs for Quantum Health employees.
